What is a DSCR loan?
DSCR stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio. It's a mortgage designed for real estate investors where you qualify based on the rental income of the property, not your personal W-2 income. This is game-changing if you're self-employed, have multiple properties, or want to scale your portfolio beyond what conventional lenders allow.
Do I need tax returns to qualify?
No — that's the whole point of DSCR loans. We qualify you based on the property's rental income and the debt service coverage ratio. If the numbers work for the investment, we can move forward. This is perfect for investors whose personal tax returns don't reflect their real earning potential.
Can I close in my LLC?
Yes, absolutely. Most of our deals close in LLCs or other business entities. We structure the loan to fit your business setup, not the other way around. This protects your assets while we provide the capital you need.
How fast can you close?
